My passion for health and fitness began when I signed my first professional contract with Hull KR at the age of 16. Paul was my strength and conditioning coach at the time, so I was able to quiz him on the subject. This gave me the drive to learn more. From there, I gained a Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification through FitUK. My career in Rugby League has carried on since. I am currently in my third year with Dewsbury Rams RFLC in the Championship.
I am also in my third and final year of University, where I am taking a BA (Hons) in Business and Management (part-time). This has helped me to run a sports nutrition and supplements company.
My knowledge for fitness and nutrition is ongoing, and I intend to develop further. I am always willing to help customers to the best of my ability in the gym wherever I can. My main goal is to help you enjoy your time as much as possible while at The Edge EPT.
